Rakta Charitra is a bilingual(Telugu, Tamil and Hindi simultaneously ) film written and directed by Ram Gopal Varma. The film is based on Naxalite gang war.

Vivek Oberoi plays an influential real life character, Paritala Ravi from Andhra Pradesh, who was assassinated in 2005.

Aamir Khan is being given a run for his money for the title of Mr. Perfectionist by south sensation Surya as he takes his Hindi lessons way too seriously. Honing his Hindi vocabulary, Surya is learning the perfect pitch to deliver his dialogues for the Ram Gopal Varma political thriller Rakht Charitra.

Apparently so serious is Surya to make a perfect Bollywood debut, that he has gone ahead and hired a tutor to improve his diction in Hindi. RGV must be so proud of him.

Make sure, if you’re watching K.S. Ravikumar’s film and don’t give in rooms for any rationality. The filmmaker never cares about logics and makes sure his hero is portrayed in larger than life roles. ‘Aadhavan’ doesn’t boast of anything exceptional in terms of storyline. Remember Rajnikanth’s ‘Thai Veedu’ –where the protagonist is misused by baddies to harm his own family members. Well, if you’re an ardent buff of Tollywood, one can find the traces of ‘Nandhavanam 120Kms’. Indeed, the guy over here has a long term memory loss after triggering bullets into his father’s chest while Surya doesn’t go through this problem.
